Mustafa started out with large building firms working on new builds, renovations, plumbing, boilers, bathrooms, underfloor heating and kitchen refurbishments. He studied the trade at college for several years and holds certifications in plumbing, carpentry and joinery. He's been a company director for 30 years — most recently as co-founder of Asurah Building Services Ltd (established 2011) — before going out on his own with Ash Villa Development Ltd.
Ash Villa is a new company name, but the standards, the team and the phone number belong to a builder who's been serving West London homes for three decades.

How much does a quote cost?
Quotes are free. For anything beyond a straightforward call-out we visit the site first, then send a written quote — usually back to you within 2–3 working days.
How do you handle pricing on bigger jobs?
Boiler installations and kitchens are fixed price. Design & build projects run on a deposit up front with instalments as work progresses. Emergency plumbing is charged hourly. All figures are agreed in writing before we start.
Are you insured and Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered, we have G3 qualified plumbers for unvented cylinders, and the business carries Public Liability and Employers' Liability insurance up to £2 million. Any subcontractors we use are separately insured in their own right.
